We offer refunds in the following cases:

a. Cancellation: If you have paid in full prior to your appointment and wish to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  1. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

a. No-show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be granted.

b. Prepaid Packages: Prepaid detailing packages are non-refundable. However, you may be eligible for rescheduling or service credit in certain cases.

c. 50% Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

d. Completed Service: We do not offer refunds for services that have been carried out however, you can contact us with your concerns and we may discuss a resolution.

  1. How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our team at within the specified timeframes mentioned above.

b. Provide details of your request, including your name, contact information, appointment date, and a brief explanation of your reason for the refund.

  1. Refund Processing:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the provided information and investigate the matter if necessary. If we do agree to a refunds, it will be processed within 30 business days and will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.

  1. Service Credits:

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of a refund. Service credits can be used for future appointments with E.C. Car Detailing.

  1. Amendments to the Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to our customers through our website and other appropriate channels.
